Excellent as always in terms of facilities, gym, swimming pool and free internet access on the 1st floor in the business area for everyone to use. When my reservation wasnt found, they made a new one straight away. |

The room I booked was full. I was asked to "pay more" for an upgrade. The reception at the front desk was not very smart. Polite but not courteous. |

Lovely clean and comfortable hotel with great shopping and excellent eating choices available so close to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel. Staff very helpful. The room services were too computerised making it seem complicated and confusing rather than simple. Printed information is much easier to absorb when you arrive tired from a long flight. |

comfort bed and pillow. nice location connected direct to shopping mall. We request a king size bed but on arrivel is only a double bed, the bed is really small. |
