War schon vorher mal in dem Hotel, gut ist das die Preise während der Messe nicht verdoppelt werden wie bei vielen anderen Hotels. Das Frühstücksbuffet wird schon 15 min vor Ende nicht mehr aufgefüllt bzw. abgeräumt. |

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig. Bei dem Preis lt. Internet, hätten wir ein Zimmer mit weiß gestrichenem Glas bekommen. Wir kamen uns wie in einem Gefängnis vor. Erst nach Aufpreis erhielten wir ein normales Zimmer. |

Price-value is very good, especially with internet-booking. Staff very friendly and service always works. We needed to extend our trip due to that we could not travel to Thailand. Rates are not the same as booked but still ok. |

Location was excellent. Hotel staff's command of English was poor. None of them smile at you. Not hospitable enough. Very small seating area in lobby. Only three elevators for a 22-floor hotel (which means long waiting to go up or down. Rooms were small. Little facilities. |

In close proximity to the events we wanted to attend At the time of booking, we reserved a Deluxe suite,however at check-in, we were provided with a room with two single beds, which was clearly not a Deluxe suite. We were also told at the time of first complaining regarding the first room that there were no spare rooms. Only after advising we were moving to another hotel, did a room become available. Check in staff were being dishonest with guests |

Ease of check in and check out as well as the free hotel shuttle bus to Lane Crawford/Times Square Shopping Centre. Payment for internet use in room is out of step with other hotels that offer this service for free. |

its convenience. I am a returning HK resident and the location is ideal. Yes, I am, in my professional life promoting sustainability in buildings. The energy inefficiency of the Cosompolitan beggars belief. Housekeeping staff insert housekeeping cards in the master bedroom switch that they never remove. The aircon in every room is therefore on 24/7 even when the room is not occupied. |

Shhuttle service to Metro station Afterwards if u try to increase ur stay by a day or two,all courtseys disappear meaning cost goes up by atleast 30%. |
