It was very conveniently located next to Tsimshatsui MTR Station and in the vicinity of shops and restaurants. The room was very comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the free in-room broadband Internet access, cable TV and the complimentary bowl of fruit. |

Good location and it is new Front desk staff look pretty cold. Not friendly as like otherhotel that I stayed in before. Service is slow. Checked in on 2nd Dec and complaint about the aircon but only got it fix on 8th Dec, one day before I checked out. Mineral water was not delivered on time. After numerous request than we recieved 4 tiny bottles during our 7 days stay. (Supposed to be 2 bottles/day) |

The hotel location is GREAT. A stone throw fm Tsim Sha Tsui Station. If only the staff are friendier, more accommodative and informative. The staff rarely smile... |

Location is excellent. The room is nice, clean, new and modern. Wonderful to have the free internet access and the welcome fruit basket. Room too small. Wardrobe cannot be found at first as it is really too small. |
